An electrocardiogram (ECG) is a graphic tracing of the electric current generated by the heart muscle during a heartbeat. It provides information on the condition and performance of the heart. Clinicians can evaluate the conditions of a patient's heart from the ECG and perform diagnosis by extracting features, such as the heart rate, amplitude, and so on.  There is a great demand for  a further diagnosis  that  daily living using a low complexity and wearable wireless ECG  and normal life activity, whether it’s being applied in medical centers or home environment.  This will improve the quality of life of patients, provide early detection for certain ailments, and improve doctor-patient efficiency. The goal of our work is to focus on health-related applications of  wireless prototype which can be used for long  real time ECG and human physical activity recognition. In this paper, we propose a 3 Axis Accelerometer, two channel ECG monitoring of three Lead skin via four conventional disposable electrodes and the design and implementation of the wireless link and ECG sensor electronics to produce an ECG signal form the basis of the Wireless ECG. This application includes the following features: Acquiring ECG signals from ECG sensor and host side (PC) application that allows users to display and save  data received from wireless ECG devices streaming over Bluetooth, Creating ECG database of different patients for future analyses, Preprocessing , extracting ECG features such as RR interval, the heart rate variability (HRV) and  human, physical activity recognition multiresolution analysis   using a technique  LabVIEW (Laboratory Virtual            Instrument Engineering workbench) software environment   for  statistical  computing and graphics
