Mongolian beef consumption per capita in the world into the 11 th, the total domestic production of meat and meat ratio to 14.5% of GDP usage indicates a strong effect of the economy.

Users who consumed less than 10 percent of total meat has met the requirements of the standards.

 In the last 5 years, the difference between supply and demand of meat had decreased of natural complications in  2010, but there is a tendency to grow back. Our estimate of 2012 to an annual average of 66 thousand tons of meat supply is lacking.

Meat supply shortage for 1-6 months, 7 months, begins to supply surplus. 7-12 months can create an excess supply of beef to compensate for the lack months -150C  -300C temperature cooled over 70 thousand tons capacity storage needs. At present, the slaughter of animals, and includes meat, meat in the chilled and frozen storage, domestic and foreign products sold in the market for appropriate premises and equipment with 38 total small and medium-sized power plant, which has a total capacity of 40 thousand tons .

Thus, industry surveys, the supplier and the customer upon receipt of the relevant Survey resource meat storage mode, and give an assessment of the standard..
