Health information technology (HIT) is information technology applied to health field and subdivided into technology and health informatics [1]. Health Informatics (HI) is a rapidly growing field that is concerned with applying Computer Science and
Information Technology [2].  There are numerous research in HI, including Bioinformatics, Public Health Informatics (PHI). PHI utilizes population data. Data mining has become a fundamental methodology for computing applications in HI [3].

To prevent any disease and protect human health in PHI, this study has calculated pathological index using weather factors on days from 2009 to 2014 in Ulaanbaatar city of Mongolia from Information and Research Institute of Meteorology, Hydrology and Environment. And we brought many Diseases of the circulatory and nervous system from Center for Health Development. Using data mining methodology, we have built knowledge that express association between meteorological pathology state and the disease. The design predict meteorological pathology state (MPI) in which season occur any disease.

Also, we have developed software program that calculate above mentioned pathology index, and calculated statistic parameters, correlation.
